Chamber of Commerce Is a Marketers Best Friend

 The Bermuda Triangle

www.srsvirtualassistant.comWhen we talk about marketing we need people who have three wants or needs. First they must need or want the service or product we have, we need them to have money for the service or product and we need access to these people. This is usually the problem that most small business owners or entrepreneurs face. The Bermuda triangle of a marketer is finding the people who want what we have, these people having the money to afford what we have and then having access to the people.

The Solution

I have found a solution to the problem my local chamber of commerce. It sounds so simple doesn’t it but hold on have you joined your local chamber of commerce? Don’t think about it call them today and become involved with them. When you join a Chamber of Commerce it is full of people you can network with. Somebody always knows somebody else who can help you with a problem or needs something from you.

The Money

You usually have to pay a fee for belonging to your Chamber but after receiving just a couple of clients from referrals and building a few relationships you will more then cover your fee and make you some money as well.

Tell me if you belong to your local Chamber of Commerce.

Great advise! I will pass this information on to my friends that have brick and mortar businesses. Do you think this is a good idea for a website business? I’m just starting to sell my recipes and courses to the public.

Hi Susan, I think asking for a testimonial will work for any business. Give good service and ask for kind word said about you, your store, your business. Good luck in your new venture.
