How My Book Came to Be

 (600) 39 Marketing Ideas book coverOn Monday I shared with you that my book, 39 Marketing Ideas for Entrepreneurs –Tips & Tricks to Put into Action Today has just been added as a Kindle book. Ok, I have to admit I am pretty excited about this and I wanted to share the story with you how my book came to be so that you can see how easy it was and how you can do it too.

Each year I try to make it the year of something. 2013 was my year to zero in on marketing. It is so important, every small business owner and entrepreneur has to be conscious of it and has to spend time doing it. I also spent the year writing blogs about different ways to market.

Around the end of this year I went through the blogs I had written and pulled out the ones that I thought would help others and started putting these together. I soon came up with enough information that I felt could be put into a Kindle book to help others with their marketing. Think how easy this would be for you to do as well. Repurpose your blog posts by pulling them together by subject and creating a Kindle book with them.

I soon learned how easy it is to get your book on Kindle. While it took the entire year to gather the materials and get them into order it only took an afternoon to get my book loaded on Kindle.

Let me share the link with you here. I’d love for you to go in and get it and then please feel free to leave me a review.

First, congrats on such a great accomplishment. This looks like an amazing resource and perhaps a 2014 challenge for business owners :).

  2. That is essentially how I ended up writing my first book too. Just short little blog posts that I then expanded upon. Congrats!
