Putting My Money Behind My Mouth

www.srsvirtualassistant.comHave you ever started a new project or taken a new class full of excitement for what this opportunity could mean to your business? You are taking notes and following along and everything is going great and then things started to go above your knowledge level and there wasn’t any support to help you grasp some of the concepts. You were just left in the dust with nothing making sense anymore and all you can think about is…I paid money for this.

How do I know this feeling because it has happened to me. A course will be advertised as a beginning course and to me, that means there is no or very limited knowledge of this subject. And nothing makes me more angry when you send an email that was guaranteed to be monitored and support given. And nothing is ever heard back from those great ticket systems.

I made a promise to myself in the beginning of my business that I would not treat people that way when I started creating products. And now, I’m putting my money where my mouth is. I have a new product coming out.

Secrets of the Twitter World for Newbies. I am so excited about being able to offer this product for beginners. There is an email for support that nobody else is monitoring but me. It’s my personal email and I will respond to any SOS from someone who needs my help. Plus, there will be a Facebook group just for people in my classes. You need support that is another great place to be. And just to let you know that I am serious about my word of taking care of you I am offering a 200% guarantee! If you are not totally happy with the class I will give you back your money plus pay you the amount of money you paid for it. I’m serious. It’s time to take care of the customer.

I haven’t even begun to tell you what the class covers so I am offering a FREE webinar on November 11th at 1pm CST. Sign up for the webinar and see if you would like to understand Twitter and if this little powerhouse of a social media platform is worth using for your business. Click here for the sign up link.

You’re a business owner after my own heart Shawn. I always appreciate when people are there to answer questions and start a relationship. I do that in my own business as well. It’s what makes you stand out in a crowd, so way to go girl!

    Hi Shawn,
Two experiences with this neglect popped to mind, but there are so many more. I took a business class through a respectable network, and people were asking questions that needed answers fast. It was clear that the instructor was only signing in about every six days, and we ended up answering each others questions. More recently I signed up for a class, and there was even less interaction – I dropped that one in time for a refund, and when asked why, explained that if I just wanted an email once a week, I would have purchased a (much cheaper) ebook. If I did business like that I’d have to fire myself! Thanks for putting your money where your mouth is : )

Debbie, I know exactly what you mean. I’ve been there and experienced it. I might not be as big as some of the top names but nobody will out perform me with customer care. I don’t want anyone to feel lost and deserted it leaves such a bad taste in the mouth. Thanks for stopping in.
